Refund & Return Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Internal electronic components(chips, boards, adapters) that go inside an ECU that were NOT installed BY US are not eligible for a refund and can only be exchanged due to a nonfunctional product or defect. If your item(all electronics, chips, etc) has a tamper resistant serial number sticker on it, the sticker must not be tampered with or removed. 

Speed Factory Racing products are non returnable, these are non stocking items and are ordered/shipped on demand per order so cannot be sent back to us as we do not stock them.

Cancellations (if applicable)

CANCELLING AFTER ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED IN "PACKAGING FOR SHIPPING" STATUS WILL RESULT IN A 15% RESTOCKING FEE.( At this point in the order process we have already charged card and been charged FEES, and have already likely created the shipping label and been charged. Thus the "restocking" fee to cover these fees and costs associated with cancelling an order this far in the order process)

You agree that if you cancel an order or return items for refund that there will be up to a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund to cover restocking, credit card processing fees, etc... that we do not get back. (The credit card processing fees come out of the money you pay us, and are non refundable to you, as they are non refundable to us from the card processor). If you receive a refund, original shipping cost is NON-REFUNDABLE, the original cost to ship your order will be deducted from your refund.

If you request an order to be expedited, you cannot cancel the order without an expedited processing cancellation fee of $25.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund ( Minus 15% restocking fee) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

CUSTOM TUNES AND BASEMAPS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE YOUR VEHICLE WILL RUN 100% PROPERLY WITHOUT ALL THE INFO, OR THE PHYSICAL CAR TO TUNE ON. BASEMAPS ARE ONLY MEANT TO RUN THE VEHICLE ENOUGH TO GET TO A TUNER/DYNO

To return your product, you should click here and fill out the RMA form.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, original shipping cost is NON-REFUNDABLE, the original cost to ship your order will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
