Business operations are on Pause today due to a local power outage, estimated time of power restoral currently unknown but expected before midnight.
That means we are CLOSED; no phones, no internet, no manufacturing, no shipping.

UPDATE 10/25/24 - YES we are still backlogged, we are not a huge company with thousands of employees like amazon. We are a very small family owned and operated business in northwestern Washington state. We are doing our best, we have added more staff members and are getting caught up on orders as fast as physically possible. Yes your order may be over a month old, YES A MONTH.. Sorry! Everything sort of "snowballed" and this is the result. We have every intention of filling every order and getting them out the door as fast as we physically can that is not an issue. You will get your stuff if you are patient, and we appreciate your patience and support!
With that in mind, PLEASE if it is not URGENT; do not email, Facebook message, call, or otherwise demand an instant response because there is no way we can do all the BACK ECU WORK, and ORDERS if we have to constantly answer pointless messages from people who think we should respond instantly. Now that you have read all this, hopefully you understand the circumstances and assist us in continuing to move forward quickly by only messaging if it is URGENT(And if you do message PLEASE WAIT FOR A RESPONSE, there is no need for incessant messaging over and over that will not get you a quicker response. We go through the messages in the order they were received and have to filter through.)

ECU/ECM REPAIR/Refurbish Status: Current standard turnaround time 7-10 business days from arrival of your ECU(times not guaranteed). We do not currently have an estimated turn around time. We are still working to get caught up from being closed due to family emergency.
