Please use the live chat or email to speak with us and go over what needs to be repaired first, not every repair falls under the $99, this item is more used for specific 1 or 2 easy known issue repairs (labor has to be under an hour) or pre approved repairs as some ecus can have multiple repairs needed and multiple parts of different costs they all do not fall under the $99. (ANY Repairs more than an hour you will be notified and given an estimate and it will be +$25/hr for each additional hour on top of the $99 base rate)

Nothing is charged until you send us your ecu, we evaluate the issues, discuss with you and you can agree to move forward with our cost/estimate at that time if its more than the $99

The shipping charged when you order is for the shipping BACK to you after repair, you are responsible for shipping and the charges to get it TO us.

We Recommend you get a priority mail medium box as well ( can get free from post office, take home, package ecu, take back and pay to ship) or you can pack in any box, and ship that way for maybe a little cheaper. Priority mail has some insurance though so its in our opinion the better option.

You ship your ECU to us, we repair and return.
